Franks Carpets now Live! (15th March)

The latest online retail shop has now gone live and was added to our portfolio today for more details. This site is based on the back-end system we have been developing continually to provide better ways to locate and search extensive products with huge numbers of options and categories.
We've integrated instant payment notification for their chosen online payment system in Ireland, Realex. This ensures that every customer payment is verified and updated on their web site without intervention.

Can all of our customers please be advised that we are NOT issuing email warnings and are NOT planning server upgrades to your email account.
There has been a spate of spoof emails in recent weeks that prompts you to download a patch to run locally.
If you are ever in any doubt as to the origin of emails claiming to be from us, please query it. We do not send out software patches by email.

Proof in the pudding (14th August 2009)

In recent months, Web Space Invaders have been trialling our own e-commerce solution in a live retail shop. It's enabled us to develop our online systems to enhance the checkout process, capture potential sales and previously lost business. We've focussed on the control panel to optimise processes and reporting systems for retail businesses.
It's been a learning process which we hope to pass on to out existing and future customers of web solutions that will enable them to gain market share and increase turnover.
We've been working with online marketing to increase search engine visability through organic and paid advertising that works.
If you'd like to discuss modern ecommerce solutions, call us for a chat or make an online enquiry.

What is RSS?

RSS is becoming the standard way for distributing news items online. It allows you to subscribe to a feed and you will then be alerted whenever there is new content available. There is no additional e-mail to receive, and no need to share your personal information. You just read the articles as and when you want them.

How do I access RSS feeds?

You will need to either use an RSS desktop application (e.g. NewsGator or Feedreader) or a web-based RSS feed reader (e.g. MyYahoo! or Google Personalised Homepage). Some web browsers such as Mozilla Firefox and Opera support RSS without the need to install a separate application.

How do I add this feed?

To add an RSS feed to your reader, right-click on the rss feed button, then click "Copy shortcut" (Internet Explorer) or "Copy Link Location" (Mozilla Firefox) and paste the URL into your feed reader as new content. Since every application works differently, we can’t supply directions for them all or support them.
